A few days ago, The Good, The Bad, The Indie were introduced to New South Wales native, Hein Cooper. Since then, we haven’t been able to get enough. Hein was playing a small bar in Sydney when he was spotted by Half Moon Run’s manager Franz Shuller. Now, only a matter of years later, he’s signed by Indica and being swooned at from all over the world (ourselves included).
Despite being from Australia and based in Canada, the home of his label, Hein Cooper is heading over to ol’ Blightly to play The Great Escape festival – the UK’s number one festival for emerging talent.
The man himself is going to be playing The Alternative stage 16 May, you should definitely keep your eyes peeled. Just in case you need any more reason to go and see him, here’s his latest release: The Art of Escape – a song that boasts some of the sweetest lyrics we’ve heard in 2015.
